Atal Incubation Centre at Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantpur is going to present awards to SRKR Engineering College for its efforts in promoting the start-up ecosystem, Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. Technology Centre head Dr. Gopalakrishna Murthy is being felicitated by the Principal on this occasion. Dr. Murthy had said that these awards are being presented for encouraging the start-up ecosystem and starting more start-ups in the campus. These awards are going to be presented at the university on 21 st January, 2023.
Civil Engineering Assistant Professor Mr. Vamsi Nagaraju had received Young Researcher Award from the STEM Institute, Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. He congratulated Mr. Nagaraju for this achievement and wished him all the best for the future. He said that every year Himachal Pradesh University in association with STEM will select one as the young researcher across the country. Earlier Mr. Nagaraju had received Geo technical award too.
The Maharashtra Training and Placement Cell Officers Association had awarded Innovative Leader award to SRKR Placement Officer Dr. Satyanarayana, Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. He was felicitated in the campus by Principal and Vice President of SRKR Sri. SV Ranga Raju. Speaking on this occasion Dr. Satyanarayana had said that the top 20 placement officers across the country are awarded and SRKR was the only one to receive from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He thanked the efforts of the college management which had played a key role in securing the highest number of placements for the students of SRKR. Dr. Satyanarayana was congratulated by HODs, Deans and Faculty of the institution.
The students of SRKR had brought accolades by participating in various competitions in Toastmasters Club at the National Level and improved their proficiency and expression of thoughts, Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. Third Year Mechanical student Mr. Dilip Rohit had got first prize in Humorous Speech and Third Year CSBS student Mr. Sravan Kumar had got third prize. The mementoes given by International Toastmasters Club for these students were being handed over to them by Vice President of SRKR Sri. SV Ranga Raju, Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju and Coordinator of Toastmasters Club Dr. Lakshmi.
SRKR gets 33 rd Rank at National Level in AICTE EDUSKILLS Virtual Internship program. The details regarding the same were disclosed by Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju, Vice President Sri. SV Ranga Raju and Dean Placements Dr. Satyanarayana. AICTE EDUSKILLS had created virtual internship opportunities to the students on latest technologies at PAN India Level. Under this programme students completed their internships and top 50 colleges were recognized at the national level. It is a matter of great pride that SRKR stood at 33 rd Rank in the national level. The certificate relating to the same was handed over to Vice President Sri. SV Ranga Raju by Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju.
