The Department of CSE at SRKR Engineering College is going to conduct a FDP on 'Mobile Applications' from 8th to 13th of August, 2022. Speaking on this occasion Principal of SRKR, Dr. Jagapathi Raju had said that faculty should have experience on latest technologies and they should create interest in students to pursue them further. It is because of Android applications that we are getting to know the latest happenings in the world in a few minutes and it is the duty of the faculty to develop further interesting applications and ignite the students. SRKR Engineering College had conducted 'Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' at Primary school of Peda Amiram village under UBA Scheme. Speaking on this occasion, Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said that as we are celebrating 75 years of Indian Independence, everyone should hoist and respect the national flag at their homes and other public places. SRKR Engg College UBA Cell had conducted an workshop on 'National Educational Policy' at ZP High School, Kopalle. Prof. R. Subbarao had enlightened the students on NEP and its importance. Dr. Ganesh enlightened on the topic of 'Non-Renewable Energy Sources' and Dr. Kishore enlightened on the topic of 'Water Resources'. Department of CSE at SRKR Engg College is conducting an FDP for one week and the same was inaugurated yesterday by Mr. Narasimha from Blackbucks. Speaking on this occasion he urged the students and the faculty to make use of new technology in the academic projects and assignments. He said that making use of the new technologies nearly 90% are getting good job offers in foreign countries and in India it is only 50 to 60%. Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said that everyone should adopt latest technologies as per the National Educational Policy. CSE HOD Dr. Chandrasekhar had said that the FDP has got good response and the desire to learn new technologies had been increasing in everyone. Vice President of SRKR Sri. The Women Empowerment Cell at SRKR Engg College had conducted an Awareness Session on 'Preventive Measures During Emergencies'. The resource person Dr. Govinda Babu had said that patients can be saved during emergencies by offering them first aid at the right time. Even the organs of the patients during accidents can be saved if they were taken to the medical attention immediately. Everyone should make use of 100, 104 and 108 in case of any medical emergencies. Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said that students should give due care to the sports too along with academics so that they would be mentally and physically strong.
