SP Mr. Ravi Prakash had congratulated the management of SRKR for completing all the seats in the first phase allotment of EAPCET. Principal of SRKR, Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said that SRKR is the only college with large number of seats under JNTUK. Secretary and Correspondent of SRKR Sri. Nishanth Varma had congratulated all the students for selecting SRKR and he said that the management will strive hard top make their dreams come true. Vice President of SRKR, Sri. The State Level U-13 Badminton Championship was inaugurated at SRKR by Superintendent of Police, West Godavari District Sri. Ravi Prakash. Speaking on this occasion he said that students should strive ahead in sports too along with academics and then only they can larch ahead with confidence. Principal of SRKR, Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said that the college is renowned at the National Level for its achievements. Badminton Association State Secretary Mr. Chowdary had said that the new state is marching ahead in the field of badminton. The SP had personally interacted with all the participants and wished them all the best. SRKR Vice President Sri. SV Ranga Raju, Physical Education Department Team and other officials took part in this event.

SRKR Engineering College is hosting the prestigious Sri. Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Memorial Badminton Championship (State Level U-13 Sub Juniors Badminton Championship) from Friday. The qualifying matches were inaugurated by Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju. He said that students excel in sports as well as well as academics. The valedictory would be conducted on 25th and the winners would participate at National Level Championship at Lucknow. Physical Director Dr. Satyanarayana Raju and team took part in this event.

Prominent Alumni of SRKR and Tamil Nadu Cadre IFS Officer Mr. Nagasatish, had visited the campus on Tuesday and addressed the students. He said that students should be mentally and physically strong and should be aware of all the latest happenings and then they can excel in their careers. They should not have inferiority complex. He said that SRKR played a vital role in moulding his career and making him what he is today. Principal of SRKR, Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju, ECE HOD Dr. Udaykumar and team had felicitated the guest and wished him all the best for his future endeavours.

Inaugural Function of FDP on 'INTEGRATIVE RESEARCH IN VARIOUS FIELDS OF ENGINEERING' had took place on Tuesday. Professor of GITAM University Dr. Srinivas Prasad had attended the same as a chief guest and addressed the participants. He said that Internships and Start-ups would play a key role in the development of technical students. SRKR and GITAM are playing a vital role in the areas of research in the states of AP and Telangana. Collaborative Research and Training programmes are being organised by both the institutes through which students and faculty may have expertise and develop in their careers. Principal of SRKR, Dr. M.
