Tollywood upcoming movie ‘Samajavaragamana’ movie unit had visited SRKR for the promotions.
Hero Sri Vishnu and Heroine Mounica Reba John interacted with the students and requested them
to watch the movie. Technical Crew of the movie and College Management Representatives took
part in this event.
The closing ceremony of Roller Skating Coaching Camp which had lasted for 1 month had ended
yesterday. Incharge Principal Dr. Muralikrishnam Raju had awarded certificates to the students. He
urged the students and the parents to take part in physical activities in order to have a sound body
and mental health. PD Dr. Satyanarayana Raju had said that this coaching camp was organised in
association Leo Academy of Visakhapatnam. Physical Education Dept staff took place in this event.
AICTE had approved new course CSIT (Computer Science and Information Technology) for SRKR Engg
College, Secretary and Correspondent Sri. SRK Nishanth Varma had said. He urged the students to
make use of this new emerging area in order to have a bright future. Vice President Sri. SV
Rangaraju, Principal Dr. M. Jagapathiraju and Incharge Principal Dr. Muralikrishnam Raju had took
place in this event.
A workshop on Career Guidance by ECE Dept was inaugurated in SRKR Engineering College for the
Intermediate passed students. Incharge Principal Dr. Muralikrishnam Raju had said that students
should plan their career effectively in consultation with their parents. ECE HOD Dr. Uday Kumar said
that students should work hard in order to plan their career effectively. Staff od ECE Dept took part
in this event.
The World Environment Day Celebrations were held at SRKR in a grand manner. Vice President of
SRKR Sri. SV Rangaraju and Incharge Principal Dr. Muralikrishnam Raju had planted samplings in the
college and said that everyone should take care and protect the plants and environment. Plastic
should not be used. HOD of CSE Dr. Chandrasekhar, HOD of Chemistry Dr. P. Bhavani and Vasavi Club
representative Sri. Chinnarao took place in this event.
