SRKR Alumni Meet is going to be held at New Jersey, USA on 27 th May, 2023 said Secretary and
Correspondent Sri. SRK Nishant Varma, GB Member Sri. Pratik Varma and Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi
Raju from USA. It was a great moment of pride in the history of SRKR. SRKR President Sri. S. Prasad
Raju and Incharge Principal Dr. Muralikrishnam Raju wished that the event would be a grand
success. This event is happening after 43 years of inception of SRKR Engg College.
The Alumni Meet of SRKR is going to be held at New Jersey, USA on 27 th of May 2023, said Secretary and Correspondent of SRKR Sri. SRK Nishanth Varma and Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju. The students have formed into a group called as SAANA (SRKR Alumni Association of North America) and are planning this event in a big way. Communications regarding this were being sent to all the students by specially designed website and other sources. They said that it’s a matter of great pride for SRKR to see their students arranging this event at USA. The Management, Principal and other faculty are going to attend this event at USA.
The IQAC of SRKR had arranged a training session on ‘Mind Set Growth’ for the faculty for 2 days by Dr. KV Subbaraju. He said that if faculty wants to develop and raise to new heights, they should work hard and improve their skills. Everyone should try to catch hold of the opportunities and increase their skills. IQAC Coordinator Dr. Venu Reddy, Incharge Principal Dr. Muralikrishnam Raju, Faculty of SRKR, Faculty of Vishnu Pharmacy College and Software Engineers from Bangalore took part in this session.

Principal of SRKR Sri. M. Jagapathi Raju had thanked CMO for responding voluntarily on the health
condition of the student. Speaking on this occasion Incharge Principal Dr. Muralikrishnam Raju and
HOD of CSE Dr. Chandrasekhar had said that CMO had voluntarily responded on the health condition
of Mr. Nayak by seeing in the newspapers and had come into contact with the Principals office and
the hospital in which the student is admitted. The students and staff thanked the CMO and wished
that the student would be back with good health.
The students of CSE Dept of SRKR formed a group among themselves named as ‘Helping Hands CSE’
and donated 14L to their friend Mr. D. Sri Ram Nayak who was suffering from cancer. The fund has
been handed over to him by the Incharge Principal Dr. Muralikrishnam Raju and HOD of CSE Dr.
Chandrasekhar. Speaking on this occasion, they said that it was really a noble gesture from the
students to donate he amt with the help of their friends and faculty and wished that the ailing
students would be back to normalcy very soon. They applauded the efforts of the students in this
noble gesture. The students thanked the management for their support in this initiative.
