Green campus : The campus focuses on promoting the conservation and sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems by increasing green cover and biodiversity.
Research and education : It encourages research and education on topics like green building, alternative energy resources, design thinking, community service internship, and tinkering lab into the curriculum.
Centre of excellence for sustainability : SRKREC has established centre of excellence for sustainability to promote capacity building of faculty, student training, research projects, project development, societal impact, and global collaboration
Sustainability student club : The objective of Sustainability Club is to help students become environmentally conscious and enable participation in activities to develop environment friendly skilled, and attitudes dedicated and responsible citizens who are willing to work, individually and collectively towards achieving high quality of life and environment.
