Welcome to the Department of Computer Science & Business Systems

The Department of Computer Science & Business Systems (CSBS) at SRKR Engineering College was established in 2021 to address the growing demand for engineering talent that blends deep digital skills with business acumen. Our curriculum is uniquely designed in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and leading academicians across India, producing graduates who are equally fluent in code, data, and the language of business.

A TCS-Designed Curriculum for Industry 4.0

Our four-year B.Tech programme integrates core Computer Science with contemporary topics such as Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Internet of Things, and Management Principles. Students learn to architect software, model financial systems, and design data-driven business solutions using industry-standard tools and platforms — all within a small, mentor-rich cohort of 60 students.

Beyond the technical core, our graduates develop strong communication, ethics, and entrepreneurial mindset through humanities and management electives.
